Adani Energy Solutions: The Adani group company said in an exchange filing today that it has received a letter of intent (LOI) for the acquisition of Halvad Transmission from PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL). Halvad Transmission, a special purpose vehicle (SPV), has been set up by PFCCL to extract 7 GW of renewable energy (RE) from the Khavra RE Park, under the Phase III Part A package. AESL has won the project through Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process and will commission the project on BOOM (Build, Own Operate and Maintain) basis in the next 24 months, the release said.
