During this episode, Sharmila commented on the film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Sharmila was asked to play the role of Shabana Azmi in this film. Karan Johar regrets missing the opportunity to work with her in his show. Karan said, ‘I had asked Sharmila for the role of Shabana Azmi in Rocky Aur Rani, but due to her poor health she did not agree to the role, which I will always regret.’
On this Sharmila Tagore said, ‘All this happened when the Covid epidemic was at its peak. At that time we were fighting Covid, its vaccine had not yet arrived and none of us had taken any other vaccine. Even my family was not ready to take such a big risk after my cancer.
