Shivlok will descend in Deoghar, Baba’s grand procession will take place

Mahashivratri Special: A grand Shiva procession will be held in Baba Baidyanath’s city Deoghar on Mahashivratri. The entire Devghar is fully decorated and ready. Lakhs of devotees from across the country have started reaching Deoghar from Thursday evening to see the Shiva procession. Rooms in 90 percent of the hotels in Deoghar are full. The administration has made tight security arrangements for the Shiva procession. There will be surveillance through 150 CCTV cameras. More than two thousand police forces have been deployed. Mahashivratri Mahotsav Committee, under the leadership of Godda MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey, will take out a grand Shiva procession from KKN Stadium in Deoghar at 6 pm. This year, Bhojpuri superstar Manoj Tiwari, Dineshlal Yadav Nirahua, Amrapali Dubey and Pawan Singh will be included in the Shiva procession. The entire Deoghar has been decorated like a bride for the Shiva procession. Shri Ram temple has been built with lights on the lines of Ayodhya in Deoghar. A total of 45 gods and goddesses along with tableaus of seven demons will be included in the procession. Also, the characters of five demons will travel in the procession on foot. Tambakasur, the main center of attraction of the procession, will give the message of de-addiction. 60 horses, six camels and eight carts will be included in the Shiva procession. This year, the entire procession will be taken out in an organized manner by the team of Delhi’s crowd management agency Crayons. The drums of Nashik and Ujjain will be the center of attraction in the entire procession. Band parties have arrived from both the cities. In this, men and women will play drums with costumes. For the first time, arrangements are being made to shower flowers in the Shiva procession. The wedding processions will be welcomed with flower showers at five places on the Shiva procession route from the gate itself. Thousands of kilos of flowers are being brought from Howrah to Deoghar. 3D screens have been installed near Tower Chowk, in which people will be able to take selfies with the new technology. The name of this selfie point has been given as Selfie with Baba Baidyanath. There will be a QR code in the selfie point. In this, as soon as a person takes a selfie, he will get a photo with Baba Baidyanath Temple. Besides, the photo will also be available on the social media page of Mahashivratri Mahotsav Committee through QR code. People will also be able to take selfies with the photos of PM Narendra Modi and MP Dr Nishikant Dubey through this QR code. A total of 12 selfie points have been made at different places in the city including the Shiv Baraat route. Devotees will be able to take selfies at these selfie points with different religious and attractive looks. These selfie points have been made in open space. Bhojpuri superstar Manoj Tiwari, Dineshlal Yadav Nirahua, Amrapali Dubey and Pawan Singh will come to Deoghar from Delhi at 1 pm to attend the Shiva procession. After landing at Deoghar Airport from Delhi, all five Bhojpuri stars will reach Mehar Garden directly. After resting at Mehar Garden, they will reach KKN Stadium at 6 pm and join the procession. Mangal Kalash and MP Dr Nishikant Dubey will be at the forefront of the procession. After that all the Bhojpuri artists will greet the people in an open jeep. All these artists will tour the entire procession route and will leave for Delhi from the airport on the next day. All the volunteers in the procession have been given T-shirts by Mahashivratri Committee.
