Show Meets actress Ashi Singh is a fitness lover

Mumbai Actress Ashi Singh, who is seen in the show ‘Meet’, while talking about her fitness, said that she likes to work out every morning to stay fit.

Certainly it is difficult to stay fit and healthy amidst work commitments. But Aashi takes out time from her busy schedule to balance everything.

Aashi said, “I start my day with a 6 am workout which fills me with energy. I am learning different techniques in the gym.

He said, “Besides, it has become a way for me to reduce stress. When I am in the gym, all my stress and fatigue disappears. This is my new love and I am looking forward to achieving my fitness goals. Working out helps me look fit, even if I have to shoot for long hours.

After a 16-year jump, the audience is drawn into the story of Meet’s daughter, Sumeet (Ashi Singh), who is trying to maintain her mother’s name.
