Maida – 3 tbsp

Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp

Method

You have to wash the poha with water and leave it to dry for 10 minutes. After this, add all the ingredients except flour and bread crumbs in a bowl and mix them well. After this you have to make cutlets from this mixture. Also, in a separate bowl, you have to prepare a thin batter by adding flour, salt, black pepper and water. After all this, you have to put bread crumbs in a bowl and heat oil in a pan. In this, you have to dip the prepared cutlets one by one in flour paste and then roll them with bread crumbs and fry them. Your Poha cutlet is ready.
