Solution to predatory tendencies in employment prospects

of Indianness Saying this makes the citizens of this country proud because Indianness stands on the basis of what we call the indomitable flame of moral culture. From our schools to spiritual centers and it is sitting in the heart of many citizens of the country. It is this unique ethical culture that gave rise to the Rigveda in Punjab. From Kurukshetra Lord Krishna preached the Gita which even today does not fail to show the way to the people who are in confusion. Last year was the celebration of Amrit Mahotsav at the national level, so the voice of ‘Jhanda uncha rahe hamara’ kept rising while hoisting the national flag from every corner of the country. The sound of Vande Mataram resounded again in Punjab.

There the remembrance of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh also started creating new energy in the minds of common people. Now there is news that a 151 feet tall statue of Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad will be installed in Uttar Pradesh, which will be the tallest statue of any revolutionary in the world. People imbued with the spirit of nationalism will follow the path of non-violence as told by Mahatma Gandhi. Will join them in the search of the Government of India where history is being rewritten by getting rid of Englishism. It is a remembrance of the downtrodden but heroic people of this country in their freedom struggle. The war that freed this country from the huge British Empire which ruled this country for 150 years. But now after the independence of the country, in spite of the search and respect of the war-bankers of history, the establishment of the dignity of the national flag, the re-importance of spirituality and yoga, the new generation seems to have lost its way in the picture that is emerging. Why do the guardians of moral culture seem to have become silent along with the disintegration of economic policy? Materialistic values have surrounded the common people of the country in such a way that talking about morality seems imaginary. Instead of this, the tendency to pursue selfishness has become vocal. Shortcuts are in vogue. Such that there is no problem if violence has to be resorted to in order to get the job done.

Such things are emerging in the country which could not have been thought of fifty years ago. Take the jails of the country and especially of Punjab. These jails were named reform houses. It was understood that the criminals serving the jail would re-create moral values within themselves and would come out as responsible citizens after serving the jail. But when materialistic values rule outside, when the mafia system seems to be the only truth, when gangsters imprisoned in prison walls have ‘links’ to foreign countries, and these people together give rise to a gun culture from which ransoms are raised. And the atmosphere of threats, firing and looting was seen coming out.
So much degradation that today there is no power of established moral values anywhere. Undoubtedly, the restoration of moral values in cultural life is such an Indian nationalist task that should be established as soon as possible. If we have to give this country the name of virtuous path while walking on the path of our duty. Such noun is being given by the leaders of the country. It is also being said that the country has made progress and achieved the fifth position among the world’s economic superpowers. It has left behind Great Britain, which was once its ruler, and now the development possibilities are being announced to take the third place soon. But in such development possibilities, these dangerous trends are creating such an unethical crisis, which will not be easy to overcome. Neither spirituality, nor yoga, nor rewriting books are enough to overcome them. If it is necessary, according to the person who is eligible, he should get work in this country, he should get employment and he should be filled with self-respect that he is earning his bread on his own. But no such action plan is visible at the moment. It is only said that the government and the private sector have the capacity to provide employment to only 30 percent of the youth of this country. 70 percent people will not become job seekers but will become job providers. But in the absence of training, encouragement, the figures of startup industries warn the destiny makers of the country that something is going fundamentally wrong. In fact, the restoration of moral values can be done only by guaranteeing self-respecting full employment.
