Money will also be spent in the court process. Right now some people are making arrangements for this by sharing among themselves. The people of the builder are also missing now. Everyone is turning their backs. Resident Mukesh Kumar said that after reading the notice, he could not sleep. We are service class people, where will we go within a week. not that easy. Will tell the situation here by pleading in the court. In this the whole fault is of the builder, the buyers have to bear the brunt of it. These people say that they have bought the house by taking a loan. After getting the loan from the bank, we all were sure that it is made on the right standards, only then we are getting the loan from the bank. People have invested their lifetime’s earnings to buy a flat in it.
When I saw the notice pasted on the building, I came to know
The matter came to light when Awas Vikas pasted a notice on a building constructed in Sector-1 Vasundhara following the order of the Allahabad High Court. Citing the order of the High Court in the notice, it was told that on August 5, part of the illegal construction in the building would be demolished. That’s why all the people living here should vacate their flat before that. Since then, a big problem has arisen for the residents here. It is being told that this building was built in 2012.
There was a dispute about the transaction of flats, the truth came out when RTI was filed
It is being told that a woman had a dispute with the builder regarding two flats in the building. There was a dispute about the transaction of money. After that, the woman filed an RTI complaint in the court about the illegal construction, after which the court ordered the demolition of the construction by Awas Vikas.
The builder shook hands
The residents of the building provided the numbers of the builder. He told that this property was built in partnership, in which Bijendra Chaudhary and Ramprakash Pathak were there. When contacted, Bijendra Chaudhary distanced himself from the matter. Could not contact the other. On the other hand, the question is that when the builder was selling the flats illegally, then why did the concerned authority and housing development not take any step? Now that people have bought flats here by investing their entire life’s capital and have been living here for many years, the order to demolish the flats has created a stir.
rampant illegal construction
There are many complaints of illegal construction being done indiscriminately in the sectors of Vasundhara. There have been allegations of collusion on the officers of housing development. Council officials are under investigation in several cases. An investigation team from the headquarters is engaged in its investigation. However, council officials say that the buyers are being informed on their behalf that they must get the map checked from the council office while buying the builder floor. Apart from this, a letter has been written to RBI for not giving loans from banks as well.
Action is being taken on the orders of the High Court. As far as illegal construction is concerned in Vasundhara, buyers are being made aware that before buying a flat, they must check the information from the circle office. In the past, RBI has also been written to asking banks not to approve loans.
