Earlier, SpiceJet had entered into a restructuring agreement with aircraft leasing company Carlyle Aviation Partner. Carlyle Aviation Partner has bought a stake in SpiceXpress. This stake has been bought at a future valuation of $ 1.5 billion i.e. Rs 12,422 crore. SRAM & MRAM Group’s business is spread across several countries. Its business spans Agricultural & Agro-Food Products, Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Head Fund Management, Forex Management, Hospitality Services & Solutions, IT, Media & Publishing, Embedded Systems and Infrastructure.
