Rallis India’s December quarter profit declined by 43 per cent to Rs 22.6 crore due to weak operating performance and weak international business. Revenue has increased by 0.4 percent. Earnings were impacted due to erratic rains in the domestic market and adverse conditions in international trade. EBITDA for the quarter fell by 20.9 per cent to Rs 53.3 crore. Margin declined by 226 bps to 8.44 per cent.
Hindustan Unilever
The board of India’s leading FMCG company Hindustan Unilever is about to meet to approve the December quarter results. Experts estimate that the company’s revenue growth can see a rise in double digits. Hindustan Unilever’s December quarter volume growth may remain in single digits. Along with this, the gross margin of the company may come under pressure on a year-on-year basis in the December quarter.
Adani Enterprises
Adani Enterprises is going to bring its FPO worth 20,000 crores. For this, the floor price has been fixed at Rs 3,112 per share, retail investors will get a discount of Rs 64 per share. The company has received approval from the board members for the FPO floor price of Rs 3,112 per share and the cap price for the FPO at Rs 3,276 per share. IndusInd Bank
IndusInd Bank’s December quarter profit has increased by 69 percent on an annual basis to Rs 1959 crore. The profit of the bank has increased due to reduction in provisions and contingencies. Net interest income grew 18.5% YoY to Rs 4,495.3 crore. Talking about asset quality, gross NPAs decreased by 5 bps QoQ to 2.06 per cent. While the Nut NPA also came down to 0.62 percent.
