There is some buying in IT and metal stocks today. At the same time, pressure is being seen on bank and financial stocks.

Online food ordering company Zomato has started a service called ‘Everyday’ to provide home-like food. Under this, its partners will establish contact with the chefs who prepare food at home. Adani Green Energy
Sri Lanka has reviewed the progress of Adani Group’s wind power projects. Sri Lankan Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera informed that she has reviewed the progress of the 500 MW renewable energy project with the officials of Adani Green Energy. Adani Group was given approval last August to start wind power projects in Punarin, located in the northeast of the country.
Zee Entertainment
Insolvency court NCLT has accepted the insolvency petition of IndusInd Bank against Zee Entertainment. The order is in response to a petition filed by IndusInd Bank after it failed to meet its obligations under a debt service reserve account agreement.
Lemon Tree Hotels
Lemon Tree Hotels launches new hotel in Madhya Pradesh. The company has signed a license agreement for a 47-room property in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh under its brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’. The hotel is expected to be operational by December 2023. The hotel will have 47 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a gym and other public areas. Subsidiary Carnation Hotels will operate the hotel.
Mahindra CIE
The company reported a consolidated loss of Rs 657 crore and a loss of Rs 171 crore in the previous quarter as compared to a profit of Rs 80 crore a year ago. Its revenue grew by 34.5 per cent to Rs 2,246 crore over the previous year.
