coal india
The government will sell its 0.15 per cent stake i.e. 92.44 lakh shares in public sector company Coal India to its employees at a price of Rs 226.10 per share. Coal India Limited (CIL) said that the open offer for sale (OFS) brought to the employees will be open from June 21 to June 23. Under the Share Sale Offer, 92,44,092 equity shares of CIL will be sold at a price of Rs 226.10 per share to eligible employees of the company.
Maruti Suzuki
Maruti Suzuki India has opened the bookings for the upcoming premium utility vehicle Invicto. Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) told the stock market that the booking of this vehicle to be introduced on July 5 can be done with a payment of Rs 25,000. This booking can be done from the company’s premium retail outlet ‘Nexa Showroom’ or online. With the Invicto, the company will enter the premium three-row segment.
Tata Power
Power producer Tata Power has expressed its intention to double its capital expenditure to Rs 12,000 crore in the financial year 2023-24. The company intends to focus on renewable energy, distribution, transmission and solar equipment manufacturing capacity.
