Metal and Pharma stocks are under pressure in today’s trade. While Bank, Financial, Auto, IT, FMCG and Realty index are showing in green mark on Nifty. The company in its note sent to the stock exchanges has termed the news regarding the breakup of the joint venture between RVNL and TMH as factually incorrect. The MoU between the two parties is still valid as neither party has terminated it. The Bank Guarantee shall be submitted well within the time limit permissible as per the tender condition. Further discussions on the terms of the MoU are underway.
IIFL Securities
IIFL Securities Keshares will also be under watch today. After the action of the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the stock fell by 24 per cent in the business of June 20, which later recovered somewhat. Taking major action against the stockbroking unit of IIFL Securities, SEBI has barred the company from adding any new clients for 2 years.
Shriram Finance
According to media reports, sources are quoting that Piramal Enterprises is likely to sell its entire 8.34 per cent stake or 3.12 crore shares in Shriram Finance. The floor price is likely to be Rs 1,483 per share, which is 5% lower than the closing price on June 20. Morgan Stanley is the broker for the deal.

The Employee Offer-for-Sale (OFS) will open from Wednesday, June 21 to Friday, June 23, 2023. The government will sell 92.44 lakh shares, or 0.15 per cent stake in Coal India, to its employees at Rs 226.10 per share.
Landmark Cars
The company announced that they have incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary called ‘Aeromark Cars’ in the business through a related party transaction.
Aeromark Cars is yet to commence operations. The company intends to continue with the sales, after sales and related requirements.
