There is some pressure on IT and Pharma stocks in today’s trade and both the indices are showing red mark on Nifty. M&M’s
Mahindra & Mahindra forays into the dual fuel small commercial vehicle segment with the introduction of the Supro CNG Duo. The showroom price of this vehicle is Rs 6.32 lakh. The Supro CNG Duo can run on both CNG and Petrol. This model comes with a payload capacity of 750 kg and a CNG tank capacity of 75 kg. It also has a 5 liter petrol tank. That is, once the CNG is filled, this vehicle can run up to 325 kilometers.
Hero MotoCorp
Hero MotoCorp will upgrade its existing sales infrastructure for premium vehicles as part of future preparations. Along with this, the company is gearing up to increase the range of electric two-wheelers. Hero MotoCorp CEO Niranjan Gupta has outlined the company’s three priorities in the mid-term, saying it will focus on increasing its presence in the premium segment, expanding the computer segment and achieving a leadership position in the electric two-wheeler segment.
Kotak Mahindra Bank
Canada Pension Fund is likely to sell 1.66 per cent stake in the private sector lender, according to media reports quoting sources. The deal size could be around $754 million. The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board held a 4.34 per cent stake in the bank, or 86.3 million shares, as of March.
Tata Power
Tata Power Renewable Energy, through its subsidiary TP Vardhman Surya, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) to set up 966 MW RTC (round-the-clock) hybrid renewable power for Tata Steel. The project has a hybrid renewable capacity of 379 MW of solar and 587 MW of wind power. Tata Steel will invest 26 percent equity in the said project. The project will be commissioned by June 1, 2025.

The state-owned defense company said that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on June 27 to consider the proposal for sub-division of equity shares. Therefore, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders including nominees, connected persons and their close relatives from June 9, 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the Board meeting.
