In today’s business, purchases are being seen in almost every major sector. Only IT index is looking flat on Nifty. Reliance
The company is in talks with lenders for a foreign currency loan of up to $2 billion to fuel the ongoing expansion of its oil-to-telecom business. Lenders involved in the talks include Bank of America, Citigroup and Standard Chartered.

GAIL (India)
Sanjay Kumar has taken over the post of new marketing director in public sector gas company GAIL (India) Limited. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Indraprastha Gas Limited, the largest distributor of CNG in the country. Sanjay Kumar, a mechanical engineering and MBA degree holder from IIT Kharagpur, has over 35 years of rich experience in the natural gas sector, GAIL said in a statement.
TVS Motor Company
The company has sold its entire stake in Emerald Heaven Realty Limited for Rs 166.83 crore. The automaker had a 43.54 per cent stake in Emerald Haven Realty. The buyer is TVS Holdings Private Limited, a part of the promoter/promoter group.
BHEL
A consortium of Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL) and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received a contract from the Indian Railways to manufacture 80 Vande Bharat sleeper trains. These companies said in a joint statement that the Titagarh Rail Systems Limited and BHEL consortium have signed a contract with the Indian Railways to manufacture 80 Vande Bharat sleeper train sets by 2029. The value of the contract is around Rs 24,000 crore.
