Sudden tremors in Air India’s Delhi-Sydney flight, stir among passengers; many injured

New Delhi (Best Hindu News): An Air India flight going from Delhi to Sydney experienced sudden strong tremors, causing injuries to the passengers. It is a matter of relief that none of the injured passengers required hospitalisation. They all received immediate medical attention upon landing at Sydney Airport.
A senior Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) official said on Wednesday that the incident occurred on Tuesday when flight AAI-302 was suddenly affected by bad weather. The turbulence resulted in minor injuries including scratches and sprains to several passengers.
According to DGCA officials, the cabin crew quickly brought the situation under control, treated the injured passengers and ensured their safety. Basic medical aid including first aid was provided to those in need, officials said. None of the passengers required hospitalization upon landing in Sydney.
