Mumbai Actor Sunny Deol says his relationship with Shah Rukh Khan has matured with time, there has been an emotional connect with Salman Khan and he is looking forward to his upcoming film with Aamir Khan. According to media reports, Sunny did not have a good experience while working in the 1993 film ‘Dar’, in which Shahrukh played the role of the villain. Juhi Chawla also acted in this film directed by Yash Chopra. This film completed 30 years on Sunday. Sunny and Shahrukh were seen getting photographed together and hugging each other at the success event of ‘Gadar 2’ in September.

Sunny (66) said in an interview to ‘PTI-Bhasha’ here, “I am very grateful to him (Shahrukh). I remember talking to him and he was in Dubai for (Jawan’s) promotion. I thought he would not come, but he came straight from there. He stayed there for some time. I didn’t get a chance to meet or talk to him after that (party), but it would be great when I do.”

“Some things (happen) over time between us artists,” he said. When we are young, there are some differences and as time passes, we start maturing and understanding what real life is. There have been a lot of changes in all of us. This is a very good thing. Everything gets better with time.” Regarding Salman, who acted with him in the film ‘Jeet’, he said that he had met him recently. Salman Khan also has close relations with Sunny’s brother Bobby Deol and father Dharmendra.

Sunny Deol said, “We spent about two-three hours in Goa. We laughed and joked a lot. We also talked about doing something together. He (Salman) was very happy. I remember he called me once and he expressed his feelings and told me how much he loved me. “We have such a bond.”

Sunny’s next film is ‘Lahore 1947’, produced by Aamir Khan. Rajkumar Santoshi is directing this film based on Partition. He said, “Aamir also attended the function and said that I want to meet you tomorrow. After this we met and talked about a film (Lahore, 1947). It was a very emotional and beautiful moment.” Sunny and Aamir have not worked together in any film, but they have worked in different films of Santoshi.
