FOSTA (Federation of Surat Trade and Textile Traders Association) organized an important meeting with the resale brokers of Surat textile market on Saturday. In this meeting various business related issues were discussed and important decisions were taken keeping in mind the interests of resale brokers.
Main decisions taken in the meeting:
- All resale brokers should unite and form their own organization and appoint its office bearers.
- Goods should be ordered from the supplier only after obtaining complete information about the buyer.
- If a buyer’s payment is outstanding with a broker, then no other broker should give the goods to that buyer without taking NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- Purchasing should be done only after settling the terms and conditions with the traders.

- Kapilbhai Soni (who collected all the broker brothers)

This meeting is considered important for resale brokers. The steps taken by FOSTA will help the resale brokers to find solutions to their problems and improve their business.
