Surat : The first principle of management is to acquire good knowledge in order to be successful in business: CA Kevalya Smart

A joint initiative of South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) and Bharat Vikas Parishad Surat Main, a special program ‘Bhagavad Gita – The Best Guide to Management – Gita Panchamrit’ series has been organized at Samruddhi, Nanpura, Surat . Under which CA Kevalya Smart, executive member of Sri Arvind Society Pondicherry, presented a speech on ‘Gita – Management Guidelines’ through the essence of various verses of Gita and gave information about what to do for success in life and business.

Chamber of Commerce President Himanshu Bodawala said, “Whenever a manager or a leader goes to take a decision from the perspective of the organization, due to the fickleness of his mind, he also has many thoughts. It refers to the possibility of different solutions to the same question, which is the best of the available options? This is often difficult to determine. In modern management, students are also taught the subject of conflict management, that is, when a leader has to accept one of two conflicting views on the same question, which method should be used to make a decision? This is explained in the Bhagavad Gita.

President of Bharat Vikas Parishad Surat Main CA Rupin Pachigar said that management is most important to be successful in business. Those who have good management of money, man and material they can get success but after success Lakshmi comes it is not so important but auspicious Lakshmi should come. This auspicious Lakshmi comes from honesty and integrity. It is also necessary to develop ethics towards business and society.

CA Kevalya Smart said, Gita teaches us to be healthy every moment of life. Never get too excited about something you love in life, and never be sad for it. Most people get discouraged at critical moments in life and business. Hence hierarchy becomes important in management at such times. The first principle of management is to acquire knowledge. To acquire good knowledge so that one can be successful in business. However, after gaining knowledge, never discriminate against an ignorant person. That is, you should not insult him by saying that you are ignorant or that you do not know anything.

He further said that Gita teaches us moral lessons. Therefore, if you become a diver and dive into the ocean of Gita and acquire my knowledge, you will definitely get success. Wise men should always be creative in their actions for the upliftment of the society. You should encourage others by your behavior. He said that only a person can develop and uplift himself. A person is himself responsible for his progress or degradation, so instead of blaming others, he should accept the responsibility himself.

He advised businessmen to identify employees with their three qualities of sattva, rajas and tamas. He said that a person with sattva guna acts as knowledge, light and principle. A person with Rajas Guna can do Karma and Rajkaran with enthusiasm and work tirelessly. Whereas a person with tamas guna will be lazy and will not work. How to get success in every work? He teaches the Gita. For the employees, he said that when the organizations and companies who work, their way of working and their luck get together, they get success.
