Pre-event of Vibrant Gujarat-2024, Summit includes expert speakers on Industry Registration, Single Window Clearance Act, MSME, Self-reliant Gujarat Scheme-2022, Gujarat Textile Policy-2019, ZED Certificate Process, various Industry Friendly Schemes, Banking and Finance Happened. Information was given about PM Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme, Government e-Marketplace, opportunities in gems and jewelery sector. Apart from this, mentorship was provided to medium and small entrepreneurs as well as investors through panel discussions, startups, networking sessions, BTUB and BTUC meetings.

On this occasion, Minister Mukeshbhai Patel said that ‘Vibrant Summit’ has become a unique medium to highlight the immense potential of the industrial sector in Gujarat. Two decades ago, the Prime Minister had given the idea of ​​Vibrant Summit with a view to develop new industries, new technology and new employment opportunities in Gujarat. The seed of Vibrant Summit planted by the Prime Minister 20 years ago has become a banyan tree today. In this summit, Shirish Antrolia, Vice President, L&T-Surat Unit, gave information about the Green Hydrogen Plant established at Hazira of L&T Surat. Regarding green hydrogen production with the help of solar, he said that L&T Energy (Green Tech) has started India’s first plant for green hydrogen production through electrolyzer. Which can be used for mobility, domestic gas mixing as well as industrial use.

Business Facilitator and Trainer Sagar Soni gave detailed information about Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and outlined business opportunities for buyers and sellers under this online sales website. Industry expert Veerendra Vadgama explained the benefits of Gold, Silver and Bronze level Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) certification for industries.

Dinesh Navadiya of Gems and Jewelery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) informed about the industrial incentives received from Central and State Governments, guidance and assistance to small units of diamond industry, work done by GJEPC for empowerment and health.

It may be noted that Vibrant District programs are being organized in every district from October 2 to 12 under the ‘Vibrant Gujarat Summit’ to be organized by the state government in Gandhinagar during January-2024. Under which expert seminars, panel discussions and grand exhibitions have been organized on various topics related to entrepreneurship.
