Sushmita Sen shares her life’s mantra, Accepting fear is courage

Mumbai . Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen, who won praise for her powerful performance in ‘Arya 3’, has talked about how to deal with fear.

The actress and former Miss Universe shared a de-glam photo of herself looking into the camera in the Stories section of her Instagram.

Sushmita wrote on the picture, “Courage is not the absence of fear, in fact it starts with accepting fear.”

Sushmita Sen’s courage to stand firm even in adverse circumstances is often praised. Earlier, the actress had shared on social media that she does not chase anything but attracts it towards herself and chooses possibilities, hope, kindness, love, gratitude and abundance.

The actress had earlier shared a photo of herself on Instagram wearing a black tank top and big pink sunglasses.

She wrote in the caption, “I don’t chase, I attract… My rose-colored glasses often remind me… It’s not about ‘what’s out there’, it’s about ‘what I choose to see’ ‘It’s about… I choose to see possibilities, hope, kindness, love, gratitude, unity and abundance… What I choose, I attract.’

The actress suffered a heart attack during the shooting of the streaming series ‘Arya 3’, but she recovered completely and returned to the set to complete the shooting.
