Taapsee Pannu, who was seen in Dinky with Shahrukh Khan, is in the news these days about her upcoming film Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba. Taapsee has given many hit films in her career. Recently she was seen with Shahrukh Khan in the film Dunky which was directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The film is getting decent response. Dunky has so far managed to do a business of Rs 160 crore at the box office. Actually, a sequel of his film Haseen Dilruba is coming in the year 2021, whose name is Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba.

In her recent interview, Taapsee told that the shooting of this film has been done and it will get love like the first part. She said, the film is ready, meaning the shooting has been done. Editing work is currently going on and will be released in 2024. I have seen some portions of it and hopefully this film will be a step ahead from the first one. It will be even more thrilling and exciting.

Hope to have more parts in future

We actors, me and Vikrant, are more confident about this second part because we know that our characters got a good response from the audience. This is the reason why we are going to do better now and hope that more parts will be made in future.

Proud to be the lead of the franchise

Taapsee expressed her happiness on being the lead of this film franchise and said, ‘Very rarely does an actress play the lead role in any franchise. The only other actress who played a lead role in any franchise is Rani Mukherjee in the film Mardaani. She is a brilliant actress, so to be in the lead role of a franchise is a big achievement for me.

Tell us about Haseen Dilruba which was released in 2021, it was a romantic thriller film which was directed by Vinil Mathew. There was a mixture of love, betrayal and mystery in the film. Apart from Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, Harshvardhan Rane was in the lead role.
