The responsibility of implementing Babasaheb’s vision on KG Balakrishna Commission

There is a Gondi idiom – Buch Buch Aayana Kavvete Palki Rengina which means to move ahead but not pay any attention to your main subject. In the context of the Ranganath Mishra Commission, this Gondi proverb seems accurate. The setting up of the KG Balakrishna Commission by the Modi government after the Ranganath Mishra Commission is a sensitive attempt to check, measure and stop the misuse of reservation. Through the Ranganath Mishra Commission, Congress and Manmohan Singh government on the one hand carried forward their policy of appeasement, on the other hand continued the unethical politics of running the Muslim society on crutches and keeping it just a vote bank by not allowing it to become self-sufficient. . It is expected from KG Balkrishna Commission that it will prove to be meaningful in maintaining the essence, essence and conscience of reservation in India by following the spirit of Babasaheb.

The BJP has been consistently and categorically opposing the inclusion of Dalit Muslims and Dalit Christians in the SC quota. According to the constitution, only the identified people of Hindu, Sikh or Buddhist religion get the status of Scheduled Castes. The party believes that religious conversion will increase more rapidly due to this. People of Muslim and Christian faith are also demanding this status.

What conditions are being created due to the fact that the original beneficiary does not get the benefit of the reservation system? Due to getting the maximum benefit of reservation to the pseudo Dalits, opportunistic Dalits of the society and the so-called Dalits who look at their own Dalit society with disdain and humour, how toxic is or will be the effect on the Dalit and tribal society? Our society is seeing these side effects directly. In fact, if we want to bring Ambedkar ji’s works, dreams, thinking to the ground of reality, then we have to understand the basic element and essence of his entire thought, writing and creation world. Ambedkar ji was strongly in favor of not only reservation but scientificization of reservation, rationalization and topicalization of reservation. What is that reservation whose benefit is not available to the most poor and the most vulnerable beneficiary and there are so many leakages in it that the basic idea and goal of Ambedkar ji gets destroyed. What a great irony that today the benefit of eighty percent of the facilities of reservation is given to such 20 percent of such fake Scheduled and Anu. The tribals are raising those who have converted to a religion outside this country out of greed and greed. These so-called 20 percent people converted to other religions are exploiting and exploiting the reservation given to the Dalit community. These people don’t even treat other people of their society with bread and daughter. These converted scheduled caste and tribal people have a sense of hatred, meanness and sarcasm towards their own people. These 20 percent converted Christians and Muslims, with their caucus, cleverly, with money power and with their political power, keep the facilities of reservation limited to their converted clan. Had Babasaheb been alive today, he would have immediately abolished the reservation facilities of these people who adopted foreign religion.

Now the policy makers of the country will have to think that how it is appropriate to give OBC reservation to the Muslim community? In fact, the very fabric of OBC reservation was woven for the upliftment of the backward Hindu castes. It is always said from the side of Islam that there is no caste system in their religion, it is also said that every Muslim is equal in Islam. When there is no caste system among them, all are equal, then why should they get reservation given to backward castes? According to Islam every Muslim is equal. Christianity also boasts of being free from caste system, when there is no caste, there is no neglect and discrimination, then why the benefit of caste reservation? In fact, this disease is the gift of appeasement. What a big discrepancy that ninety percent of the population of Muslims, who ruled Hindus in India for 800 years, who oppressed us, got the status of special citizens in that rule, joined the OBCs and took illegal benefits of reservation. want??!! Remember that except Sheikh, Syed, Mughal Pathan, all other Muslim castes come in OBC. Muslim society used to get high social status, had to pay less tax than Hindus for eight hundred years, they also got many additional facilities from the government, so how did they become backward?! Can the ruling class ever be backward??!!

Congress, the father of appeasement in the country, passed a special bill in 2007-08 to ensure that Christians who converted from Hinduism and OBC Christians would also get the benefits of reservation. Improper distribution of reservation is making our society sick. Those who see dangerous dreams are engaged in the work of religious conversion fearlessly at an uncontrolled pace. Reservation law is being flouted.

In fact, it is expected from the KG Balakrishna Commission that it will investigate the whole situation by becoming the eyes of Babasaheb. If you have converted to religion then why should you get the benefit of reservation from Article-341? This question is now a question of implementing or rejecting the sentiments of Babasaheb Ambedkar.

A new discussion on the definition of minorities has arisen from this controversy over the benefits of reservation to converted ST SCs. India has separate civil laws on the basis of religion. Controversy and inequality are increasing in the country due to not getting the desired benefits to the originally deprived class and getting undue benefits of reservation to Muslims and Christians and loss of facilities to the Dalits of Hindu religion. Many states are also enacting laws against religious conversion. If the benefit of reservation is allowed after conversion, then the social crime of conversion will gain momentum. In order to cheat the country, society and law, people do not change their names even after conversion and continue to take advantage of reservation. It is like throwing chili in the eyes of the society. At present there is no clear legal provision for such cases. After the report of the commission, some rational situation will be created by churning afresh in the society, the government, the parliament and the Supreme Court on many such legal anomalies. Presently new leakages have come in the facility of reservation. In this context, investigation, study and diagnosis of the problem from the point of view of social science is the only way. KG Balkrishna Commission will prove to be the architect of this path, this is the faith of the country
