According to Ayurvedic belief, when food is not digested properly, this condition is called ‘Aam’. ‘Mango’ is said to be unhealthy or produce toxic substances. In this condition, stool starts accumulating in the rectum.
Avipattikar powder and Triphala powder
Consume Avipattikar powder and Triphala powder etc. after consulting a specialist.
8 to 10 grains of raisins in milk
Add 8 to 10 raisins in a glass of milk and boil it. Consuming it before sleeping at night relieves the problem of constipation.
fig fruit in milk
Put two to three pieces of fig fruit in milk, boil it and then eat these pieces of fig. Drink milk later.
Black salt and asafoetida
Consuming a pinch of black salt mixed with a pea-sized amount of asafoetida helps in relieving constipation.
myrobalan powder
Consume 3 grams of myrobalan (Haritaki) powder mixed with hot water.
honey in lukewarm water
Drinking one spoonful of honey mixed in a glass of lukewarm water before sleeping is helpful in relieving initial constipation.
honey in lemon water
It is also beneficial to drink a glass of lukewarm lemon water mixed with honey in the morning.
