New Delhi: The market is seeing a boom on Friday, the last day of the trading week. The markets are open with an edge. The Nifty 50-week open at 17,111.8 as against its previous close of 16,985.6 in the last trading session. This is the result of strong global signals. Key Wall Street indices gained on Thursday after the country’s 11 largest banks deposited USD 30 billion to run First Republic Bank.

The Nasdaq Composite jumped 2.48%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average 1.17% and the S&P 500 1.76% in overnight trading. Asian market indices were also trading higher on Friday with Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index tracking the cues from overnight action on Wall Street.

At 9:50 am, the Nifty 50 was trading at 17,067.85, up 82.25 points or 0.48%. On the other hand, the broad market indices outperformed the frontline indices. The Nifty Mid-Cap 100 index and the Nifty Small-Cap 100 index rose 0.66% and 0.95%, respectively. Given below is the list of stocks which are witnessing price volume breakout today.
