Take two glasses of water in a large pan and heat it well. After this place the plate on top of this pan and put the lid on top. Let it cook in steam for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

After cooking for a while, take a pan and put some oil in it. Allow the oil to heat up, put big slices of green chilies in the hot oil and temper it by adding cumin seeds.

Your Dhokla is cooked. Cut this spongy Dhokla into desired shape as per your wish and place in a pan of hot oil in which cumin seeds and green chilies were tempered. Put this dhokla in it and mix it well. Your delicious spongy dhokla is ready, garnish it with green chilli slices and green coriander and serve hot with your favorite chutney.
