Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first, due to which they were able to put 312 runs on the board in the first innings thanks to Angelo Mathews’ half-century (64) and Dhananjaya de Silva’s century (122). Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah and Abrar Ahmed took 3-3 wickets in the first innings for Pakistan. Apart from this, Salman Ali Agha also got 1 success.
In response to this, till the third day, Pakistan scored 394 runs at the loss of 8 wickets. Pakistan currently has a lead of 82 runs. Prabhath Jayasuriya and Ramesh Mendis took 3-3 wickets for Sri Lanka so far. Kasun Rajitha and Vishwa Fernando also got 1-1 wickets.
