RK Swamy Limited IPO: The IPO of RK Swamy Limited, a company providing integrated marketing services, was subscribed six times on the second day of the offering. According to data available on NSE, bids were placed for 4,94,64,550 shares against the offer of 82,32,946 shares under the IPO worth Rs 423.56 crore. The retail individual investors segment was subscribed 18.28 times while the non-institutional investors segment was subscribed 9.71 times. Whereas the category of eligible institutional buyers got 37 percent subscription. Under the public issue, Rs 173 crore of new shares and 87,00,000 equity shares are in Offer for Sale (OFS). RK Swamy has raised Rs 187 crore from big investors before the issue opens.

For BNII, it is 70 lots (3,500 shares), requiring a minimum investment of Rs 1,008,000 in this segment. 287,356 shares have also been issued to employees in the IPO at a discount of Rs 27 on the issue price.
