Tomato price has come down to Rs.180 per kg in Lakhimpur Khiri. Rs 153 has been reached in Basti, Rs 150 in Gautam Budh Nagar, Singroli, and Firozabad, Rs 155 in Baran.
According to experts, due to the weather, the price of tomato can go beyond Rs 250. According to the website of Consumer Affairs, the average price of tomato in the country has reached Rs.108. Due to the rains across the country, supplies have stopped and production has reduced. Because of which a rise in prices is being seen.
