Top Share of the Day: The Indian stock market has started with tremendous momentum on Thursday. Amidst better global signals, today BSE Sensex is trading at the level of 65,573.28 with a gain of 352.82 points or 0.54 percent. Whereas, Nifty has reached the level of 19538.75 with a gain of 102.10 points. Today BPCL, Asian Paints, TCS, Hero MotoCorp and Infosys are the top gainers of Nifty in the market. Whereas, Power Grid Corporation, Divis Labs, Axis Bank, SBI Life Insurance and HDFC Life are included in the category of top losers of Nifty. Earlier, till the closing bell on Wednesday evening, BSE Sensex fell further by 286 points. BSE Sensex based on 30 shares closed at 65,226.04 points with a fall of 286.06 points or 0.44 percent. At one time during trading it had fallen to 633.33 points. National Stock Exchange’s Nifty also closed at 19,436.10 points with a decline of 92.65 points or 0.47 percent. Among Sensex shares, Axis Bank fell the most by 4.38 percent. Apart from this, State Bank of India, IndusInd Bank, NTPC, UltraTech Cement, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Maruti and Larsen & Toubro were major losers. On the other hand, the profitable stocks include Nestle, Hindustan Unilever, HDFC Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, HCL Technologies and Asian Paints.
