New Delhi: Shares of Tata Group company India Hotels Company Ltd rose over two per cent in early trade today. It has outperformed the broader market. Due to the quarterly results, it is getting tremendous interest from the investors. It has gained about five per cent this week. Along with the bullishness, it is also showing huge volumes. This is more than 30 lakhs and is more than the 30 day average volume. In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2023, the company’s net profit increased by 343 percent to Rs 328.27 crore, compared to Rs 74.20 crore in the same quarter last year. During this period, the total income of the company was Rs 1625 crore, which is about 86 percent more than the same quarter last year. The company’s total income in the March quarter of 2022 was Rs 872 crore. Interestingly, the company’s management expects the available room on revenue to grow in double digits in the next financial year. Global economic growth is showing signs of recovery after the pandemic. The company says that traveling will increase in the coming days and this is the reason for its expectation.
Technically, the stock has broken out from its falling trendline and is showing bullish signs. In today’s trade the stock went up to the highest level of Rs 374.90. Traders as well as momentum investors should keep a close watch on this stock in coming days.
