Know how to use the Umang app
First of all, download the UMANG app from Play Store and log in. After this click on My Aadhaar option. Here you will be requested to link your Aadhaar. Then, enter your Aadhaar number, captcha code and click on Send OTP. Now enter your OTP and click on save. Once you have linked your Aadhaar, you will be able to download Aadhaar easily, download Virtual ID and avail various services without any hindrance.
UIDAI issued number to help customers
Let us tell that recently Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has started a new customer service on IVR technology. This service will be available round the clock and seven days free of cost. UIDAI has issued 1947 number to help the customers. This helpline number works in about twelve languages. That’s why people of any state of the country can contact by calling this number and solve their problems.
