In such a situation, the Madhya Pradesh government runs a scheme in which financial assistance is given to the women of the state. The name of this scheme is Ladli Brahmin Yojana.
What do women get?
In this, it was decided to give Rs 1000 to married women aged between 21 to 60 years and then its first installment was released on June 10, after which the amount was increased to Rs 1250 on Rakshabandhan 2023. Under this scheme, women get Rs 15,000 annually at the rate of Rs 1250 per month.
These sisters get benefits
In this scheme, all married women (including widows, divorced and abandoned) local residents of Madhya Pradesh born after January 1, 1963 but till January 1, 2000 are considered eligible to apply in the year 2023. Women, themselves or their family should not be taxpayers, annual family income should be Rs 2.5 lakh.
