Vande Bharat is running well, but the ride is not available, how long will the train pull with empty seats
[ad_1]
Why Vande Bharat is being removed
Nagpur-Bilaspur Vande Bharat train is facing trouble due to high fares. Half of the seats in the train are remaining vacant. Railways has decided to run Tejas express by stopping Vande Bharat on this route. From May 11, Tejas Express is being run on this route by stopping Vande Bharat. Actually, the occupancy of Vande Bharat on the Nagpur-Bilaspur route is very low. More than half of the seats in the train were going empty. Vande Bharat train is running between the two cities from 11 December 2022. In January, the occupancy of the train was 55 percent i.e. almost half. According to a PTI report, the Nagpur-Bilaspur Vande Bharat Express has the lowest occupancy among the eight Vande Bharat trains running on different routes in the country.
why passengers are not getting
Due to less number of passengers, the train’s 16 coaches were reduced to half. Now this train is running with only 8 coaches. In fact, passengers are getting disillusioned with Vande Bharat due to the high fares. The fare for the executive class in this train is Rs 2045, while the fare for the chair car is Rs 1075. On the other hand, Tejas fare on Nagpur-Bilaspur route is Rs 50 to 100 less than Vande Bharat. People are finding this fare expensive, due to which the occupancy of the train is decreasing.
What did the railway say
Railways said that till the Vande Bharat Express running on Secunderabad-Tirupati route does not get more rakes, Tejas Express will run on Nagpur-Bilaspur route. According to Railways, the rake of Nagpur-Bilaspur Vande Bharat Express is being linked with the rake of Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express. According to the Railways, the seat occupancy on the Secunderabad-Tirupati route is high, so the number of coaches in the Vande Bharat train has been increased from 8 to 16 there.
few minutes late and high fare
Similar is the condition of Ajmer to Delhi via Jaipur (Ajmer to Delhi Vande Bharat Express). This train is also longing for passengers. Half of the seats in this train remain vacant. Although people are considering the timing of the train as a big reason behind this. The double-decker train running between Delhi-Jaipur is a big challenge for Vande Bharat. People say that why should they pay more fare for the delay of a few minutes. Similar is the condition on some other routes as well.
