Vande Bharat train becomes the favorite of passengers, earns more than Rs 10 crore in less than a month

Vande Bharat train is included in the list of some special trains run by Indian Railways. Vande Bharat trains are run on different routes in different parts of the country. Meanwhile, Central Railway has released special data regarding Vande Bharat train, which has made it clear that this train remains the first choice of passengers.

According to the data available with Central Railway, this has been earned in just 25 days from 15th August to 9th September. CMST Solapur Vande Bharat train has earned Rs 1.71 crore with an occupancy of 93.71%. Whereas Solapur CMST Vande Bharat train earned Rs 1.97 crore with an occupancy of 105.09%.

According to the data, CSMT-Shirdi Vande Bharat train earned Rs 1.66 crore with 81.33% occupancy and Shirdi-CSMT earned Rs 1.82 crore with 81.88% occupancy. During this monsoon season, the CSMT Goa Madgaon-CSMT Vande Bharat Express train, which started from June 26, has also received an excellent response from the passengers. CSMT-Goa saw an occupancy of 92.05% in the last 25 days and earned Rs 76.11 lakh, while Goa-CSMT with an occupancy of 75.5% earned revenue of Rs 72.04 lakh respectively. Bilaspur-Nagpur-Bilaspur Vande Bharat Express also earned Rs 2 crore during this period. According to CR, three Vande Bharat trains operating from Mumbai were found maintaining the scheduled time table.

1.22 lakh passengers traveled by Vande Bharat

According to the official statement issued by Central Railway, the total number of passengers traveling in Vande Bharat trains in the Central Railway zone from August 15 to September 8 is 1.22 lakh. It is noteworthy that Vande Bharat Express is an indigenously built, semi-high speed, self-propelled train set. The train has state-of-the-art passenger amenities, providing passengers with a faster, more comfortable and more convenient travel experience.
