Under this scheme lakhs of youth of Jharkhand are being given skill training in Birsa centers as well as employment incentive allowance and transport allowance.

Aiming at the principle of Sarvajan Hitay, Sarvajan Sukhay, we have started Sarvajan Pension Yojana so that our old people, destitute women and disabled people standing at the last rung of the society can get the right to live life with dignity.

Committed to eradication of malnutrition and anemia, our government is providing nutritional supplements through various schemes.

At present, nutritional supplements are being provided to about 35 lakh beneficiaries. Hot freshly cooked food is being given to the infants aged 3 to 6 years at the Anganwadi center.

With the aim of making women empowered and self-reliant, Didi Bari and Didi Bagiya schemes are being implemented.

Horticulture work is being done on a total of 50,000 acres of land for about 45 thousand families this year under Birsa Harit Gram Yojana, which is being run with the aim of increasing the income of the villagers.
