Let us tell you that many employees and officers of Vistara Airline have opposed the salary revision. Due to this protest the employees have gone on medical leave. In such a situation, the airline had to take a tough decision and cancel the number of flights. Airlines are continuously canceling a large number of flights. The airline has also apologized to the passengers for the trouble they are facing due to flight cancellation.

On this matter, the spokesperson of Vistara Airline has said that there has been a reduction in the crew in the last few days. Apart from this, due to other reasons the airline has had to cancel a large number of flights. Many such cases have come to light in which there has been delay. In this regard, the airline spokesperson said that we are trying to ensure adequate connectivity in our network. This is why it has decided to temporarily reduce the number of flights. The airline is trying to normalize the situation soon. Regular operations will be started once the situation becomes normal.
According to the information, Vistara is facing a shortage of pilots after the revision in monthly salary for the first officers of its a320 Large. Many pilots have gone on leave reporting illness, due to which airlines have had to cancel flights. Let us tell you that after the amendment, the salaries of the pilots have reduced drastically, in protest against which they have taken this leave.
