The board of directors of telecom company Vodafone Idea has approved a follow-on public offering (FPO) of equity shares worth up to Rs 18,000 crore. The company said on Friday that the FPO will open on April 18 and close on April 22.
Its minimum price has been fixed at Rs 10 and maximum limit at Rs 11 per equity share. “The company’s board of directors, in its meeting held on April 11, 2024, approved the follow-on public offering (FPO) of equity shares up to Rs 18,000 crore,” Vodafone Idea said in a filing to BSE. According to the company, ”The capital raising committee in its meeting held today i.e. April 12, 2024 approved the price band for the FPO issue.
