Nitesh says that due to obesity, fatal diseases like high BP had started flourishing in the body. After a health checkup, I came to know that my liver enzymes were abnormal, after which my doctor advised that this could also lead to fatty liver in the long run. In such a situation, the only solution is to lose weight. That’s when I decided to start my weight loss journey.

Nitesh says that I do workouts 5 days a week to lose weight. I started with 3500 steps walk, which I have now increased to 3.75 km jogging. Also I do 2.54 km walk plus cycling and 10 minutes squat daily.

Nitesh explains that the math behind the fitness secret is very simple, for a healthy body you need to work on yourself slowly and gradually on a regular basis.
Although not recommended by experts to monitor weight daily, this method works great for me. Because every 100 grams of weight loss or gain is not a small thing
How did you motivate yourself while reducing obesity?
To keep myself motivated during weight loss, I used to feel that if I stopped now, all my hard work would go to waste.
How to maintain focus? I used to measure my progress regularly. For this, I weighed myself every morning on an empty stomach, after a workout and again at night before sleeping.
What problems did you have to face due to overweight?
Remembering the days of obesity, Nitesh says that due to excess weight, my health started deteriorating badly. Due to increased body fat, I had become a patient of fatal diseases like high blood pressure and moderate fatty liver due to disturbance in liver enzymes.
What have you learned from losing weight?
When I look back at my entire weight loss journey after getting back to my healthy weight, I realize big results come from small efforts.
In what shape do you see yourself after 10 years? I want to see myself fit ten years from now. For this, I will continue with the weight management as of now.
