The problem becomes worse when the man does not use his free time anywhere and spends his time in drinking and gambling or doing other anti-social activities. In such a situation, the future of the children gets spoiled. Actually this problem is social rather than psychological because it is the social attitude which forces man to think supreme. We have to look at the people working at home and those working outside with the same vision. Only then the inferiority complex will not arise in the minds of those who work at home. An unemployed husband working outside his wife will not feel ashamed to work in the house again. The husband should not make the wife’s job a point of fight in the house, but should find his own job and till then give some support in the responsibilities of the house. You don’t always get this chance. The wife should also ask the husband to make good use of his free time in doing constructive work. With this he will be able to do those things which he cannot do while doing his job. Secondly, his attention will also be diverted from useless things.
