World Hindi Conference starts from today, know what is the theme of the year 2023

Vishwa Hindi Conference: The World Hindi Conference was conceptualized in 1973 by the Rashtrabhasha Prachar Samiti, Wardha. As a result, the first World Hindi Conference was held four and a half decades ago on 10–12 January 1975 in Nagpur, India. So far 11 World Hindi Conferences have been held in different parts of the world.
The 12th World Hindi Conference is being organized on 15-17 February 2023 in Fiji by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India in collaboration with the Government of Fiji. During the 11th World Hindi Conference held in Mauritius in 2018, it was recommended to organize its next edition in Fiji.

This year the theme of World Hindi Day is ‘Artificial Intelligence from Traditional Knowledge’. A report in ANI states that the conference is to be held at the Denarau Island Convention Center in Nadi, Fiji. It is written in a post on the official website of the World Hindi Conference, several exhibitions related to the development of Hindi language will be organized at the conference venue. ANI reported that cultural programs and Kavi Sammelan are also proposed to be organized by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, New Delhi during the conference.

Various activities are planned on this day to honor the rich heritage of the language and promote it worldwide. These are hosted by educational institutions. Apart from this, classes are provided to educate people about the language. An ANI report states that the Ministry of External Affairs in partnership with the Fiji government will host the 12th World Hindi Conference in Fiji from February 15 to 17.
