The Chief Minister stressed that not only the market of Uttar Pradesh, but the market of entire North India is waiting for them. Earlier, Yogi was given the key and memento of a double decker electric bus by Hinduja Group. During this, the Chief Minister also inspected the electric buses at the plant and also took information about their features. Hinduja Group officials introduced him to the features of e-vehicles. Yogi also held consultations with key people and officials of Hinduja Group.
Yogi said that the first electric vehicle plant of Uttar Pradesh is going to be established through Ashoka Leyland. I congratulate Hinduja Group and Ashok Leyland for its launch. Yogi said that Uttar Pradesh does not only mean Uttar Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh also means Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and even Nepal, which is connected with Uttar Pradesh in some way or the other. All these states will take advantage of this facility. On this occasion, Hinduja Group India Chairman Ashok Hinduja, Prakash Hinduja and many ministers of the state government and others were present.
