Mobile phones emit harmful radiation, which can harm your brain. Due to which you may experience headache, muscle pain and other health related problems. Additionally, the blue light emitted from your cell phone can also disrupt the production of the sleep-inducing hormone, also known as melatonin. This disrupts the circadian rhythm (body clock), making it difficult to sleep.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has classified RF radiation from phones as ‘carcinogenic’ to humans based on an increased risk of glioma, a type of brain cancer. As soon as you move the phone away, the strength of the radio frequency electro-magnetic field that is associated with the phone is greatly reduced. No specific distance scale is given, but it is advised to keep it at least three feet apart to avoid serious consequences.
