Adani Green Energy starts renewable energy park in Gujarat, know how much electricity will be produced

Adani Green: Adani Green Energy Limited (AJEL) on Wednesday announced the commissioning of 551 MW solar capacity at Khavra Renewable Energy (RE) Park in Gujarat. The company plans to develop 30 GW of renewable energy capacity in this RE Park, which is expected to be operational in the next five years. The company said in a statement that upon completion, Khavra RE Park will be the world’s largest renewable energy installation. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani (Gautam Adani) said that Adani Green Energy is building one of the world’s most comprehensive renewable energy ecosystems for solar and wind. He said that through bold and innovative projects like the Khawra RE plant, AGEN continues to set high global standards and rewrite the world’s planning and execution standards for giga-scale renewable energy projects.
AGEN has a capacity of nine gigawatts.
A statement from the company said that AGEN has an operational renewable segment of more than nine GW, which is the largest in India and is spread across 12 states. AGEN said it commissioned 551 MW of solar capacity within 12 months of starting work on the RE Park, starting with the development of infrastructure including roads and connectivity and the creation of a self-sustaining social ecosystem.
Adani Power will acquire Coastal Energy
Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Adani Power Limited and Dickey Alternative Investment Trust (DAIT) to acquire 100 percent stake in Coastal Energy Private Limited. Adani Power Limited (APL) is part of the diversified Adani Group and is the leading private sector thermal power producer in India. CCI said in a statement that the proposed transaction involves the acquisition of 100 per cent equity share capital of Coastal Energy Private Limited (CEPL) by the acquirers DAIT and APL.
