This uniform has been designed by famous Bollywood fashion designer Manish Malhotra. This uniform is for cabin crew members, pilots and cockpit members. A video has been shared in this post in which a glimpse of the new uniform of Air India employees is visible. According to this video, the female cabin crew members of the airline will wear ombre sarees with a modern look, while the men will wear closed neck suits. A separate uniform has been designed for the cockpit crew, which is going to be a classic black suit. This uniform is inspired by Vista.
Let us tell you that the uniforms for senior women employees and junior women employees will also be different. The senior female employee will be wearing an ombre saree in aubergine-to-burgundy color with an aubergine blazer. Meanwhile, junior female cabin crew members will get a vibrant red-violet saree combination uniform. According to the information, the designer and new uniforms of Air India will be introduced in a phased manner in the next few months. With this new uniform, Air India employees, cabin crew members and pilots will be first seen wearing the new uniform in the Airbus A350.
