Air India could not deliver the luggage of passengers of Delhi-Amsterdam flight

Around 40 passengers on an Air India flight from the national capital to Amsterdam faced problems on Wednesday when the airline failed to provide their luggage after landing in the European city.
The passengers were traveling on flight AI-155 on Wednesday. Sources in the airline said that the luggage could not be delivered on Wednesday due to some technical problem, after which it was delivered to Amsterdam on Thursday.
Lalita, a passenger, said that her essential medicines were in the luggage bag. He said that although the employees were quite polite, this cannot negate the negligence of the airline company.
Another passenger Anupriya said that she had to face a lot of trouble after getting off the plane due to non-delivery of her luggage. No statement has come from ‘Air India’.
Air India sources said that due to technical problem, the luggage of about 40 passengers could not be unloaded at Amsterdam airport on Wednesday. He said the plane returned with the luggage, which was sent to Amsterdam on Thursday.
