Banks remain closed on second and fourth Saturdays
According to RBI rules, every Sunday of the month is a weekly holiday for banks across the country. Apart from this, banks have a holiday on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month as well.

1 April 2023 – Due to bank account closing, there will be a holiday in banks on this day.
2 April 2023 – On this day, due to Sunday, banks will have a weekly holiday.
4 April 2023 – On this day, due to Mahavir Jayanti, there will be a bank holiday in Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur and Ranchi zones.
5 April 2023 – This day is the birthday of Babu Jagjivan Ran. On this day there will be a bank holiday in Telangana zone.
