Birth Certificate Rules: All work will be done through birth certificate, rules will be applicable from October 1

Now if you have only the birth certificate then many of your tasks will be done with it. You have to take admission in school-college, get driving license, passport, get your name added in the voter list, get Aadhaar or marriage registration done. Not only this, it will also be useful for government jobs.
The government claims that this will provide more accurate and reliable information about the births and deaths of citizens. Apart from this, it will also make it easier for people to access various government services. The government is also making the process of birth certificate easier than before, so that people do not face any problem in obtaining it.
This bill came in the monsoon session
The central government had brought a bill on birth and death registration in this monsoon session. After the law is made, it will come into effect from October 1. After this, people will be able to use it as a single document for various services. Using it, everything can be done from admission in school-college to applying for government job.
this work will be done
From October 1, school-college admission, driving license (DL), passport, adding name in voter list, Aadhaar or marriage registration etc. Donation will be made only with birth certificate. Apart from this it will also be useful for government jobs. According to a notification issued by Registrar General and Census Commissioner Mrityunjay Kumar Narayan, ‘In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Central Government hereby notifies That the provisions of the Act will come into force on October 1, 2023.
