How does the lunar eclipse feel?
Lunar eclipse is an astronomical phenomenon which is directly related to science. Through this we get a chance to know more about our solar system. When our Earth passes between the Sun and the Moon and casts its shadow on the Moon, this phenomenon is called a lunar eclipse. Last month saw the first solar eclipse of the year, which thousands of people gathered in Australia to watch.
After all, what is a hybrid solar eclipse? Rare astronomical event happens only a few times in 100 years
Earth’s shadow appears as an eclipse
The American space agency NASA said, ‘The Earth’s shadow is divided into two parts. The first is the umbra, the innermost part of the shadow where direct light from the Sun is completely blocked. The second is the penumbra, the outermost part of the shadow where light is only partially blocked. This year the people of the earth will get to see four eclipses which will be visible from different parts of the earth. Two of these will be on the Sun and two on the Moon.
