Whereas, in Mumbai petrol is being sold at Rs 104.21 per liter and diesel at Rs 92.15 and in Kolkata petrol is being sold at Rs 103.94 and diesel at Rs 90.76. However, a decline of 10 paise has been seen in the price of petrol and diesel in Chennai. After this, petrol is available at Rs 100.75 per liter and diesel at Rs 92.34 per liter.

What is the situation in other states?
After a fall of 13 paise in the price of petrol in Patna, the capital of Bihar, it is being sold at Rs 101.57 a litre. Whereas, diesel is being sold at Rs 92.04 per liter after a fall of 33 paise. In Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi, diesel is being sold 58 paise cheaper at Rs 92.56 per litre. Whereas, petrol has become cheaper by 57 paise and is being sold at Rs 97.81 per litre. In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, petrol is being sold 32 paise cheaper at Rs 94.47 and diesel is being sold 37 paise cheaper at Rs 87.55. In Noida, petrol is being sold at Rs 94.81 and diesel at Rs 87.94 per litre. In Gurugram, Haryana, petrol is Rs 95.18 per liter and diesel is Rs 88.03. At the same time, there is no change in the prices of petrol and diesel in Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur. Here petrol is being sold at Rs 104.86 and diesel at Rs 90.34 per litre.
