China advised citizens
Following the attack, the Chinese consulates in Pakistan issued orders to its citizens in Balochistan and Sindh to stay indoors until further orders. The Majeed Brigade, a suicide squad of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), has claimed responsibility for the attack. BLA has claimed that the attack is still going on and further details will be released later. Pictures of the two attackers have been released by Pakistani security forces. Hospitals and local sources also confirmed the death of several people in the attack.

China had warned Pakistan
China has invested more than $48 billion in Pakistan with CPEC projects. In April this year, talks were held with the Pakistan Army from the Chinese side. China had warned that if Pakistan failed to stop the attacks on Chinese citizens and in Balochistan, it would not be right. Lieutenant General Nadeem Anjum, the head of Intelligence Agency ISI, who went to China, was warned by China. This was also pointed out during the visit of Army Chief General Asim Munir to China. Recently, a report by South China Morning Post also claimed that China is very concerned about the safety of CPEC and its citizens involved in it.
